Club Rules 

We have a very simple set of rules that we ask all club members and visitors to follow while attending the centre.


  1. Club fees should be paid, or a valid membership card shown, on arrival.
  2. All visitors must sign in on arrival and sign out on departure.
  3. Please place all rubbish in the provided bins and keep the club tidy.
  4. Keep all bags/cases clear of the aisles to prevent tripping.
  5. No smoking or vaping in the club or wider centre.
  6. Drugs or Alcohol of any kind are not permitted at any time.
  7. Bullying or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  8. Exploding Dice is a family environment with a policy of inclusivity, we would ask you to respect that and act appropriately.
  9. Terrain at each table may be arranged as required but please don’t remove terrain or mats from designated tables without asking the club volunteer on duty.
  10. If you accidentally damage terrain, or spot damaged terrain, let the volunteer on duty know so we can get it fixed.
  11. Gamers who don’t follow these rules will be reminded of their duty to do so.
  12. Gamers who receive repeated warnings may be suspended or banned from attending the club.
